HORRAON Olive Grove
With the Sense of Belonging, Connection and Meaning!

After years spent in major cities around Europe and being consumed by the corporate world and lifestyle, on May 18, 2020, our return journey to our roots began with great anticipation and excitement.

Our destination is the region of Epirus in Greece where our olive grove has been proudly standing for centuries.

This is where “The olives with the wrinkles of our parents, the rocks with the knowledge of our parents” is “a strong joy a rich class” as George Seferis writes in “Astyanax”.

This part of the world becomes the place where in May 2020 we started to get to know, to study the trees, the soil, and the land!

And, while everyone recognizes that one of humanity’s most sustainable adaptation strategies is our reciprocal relationship with the land, water, people, plants, and animals that provide us with food in subsistence economies, we also recognize that this is not sufficient.

Artisans, Farmers, and Agribusinesses, no matter how large or small, require knowledge of marketing, advertising, promotion, design, market trends, people’s needs, and the economics that go with it all.

This is why we decided to put our passion for technology, love for the environment, and countless years of marketing and sales experience to good use.

Nearly two years later, we proudly presented our HORRAON Olive Grove to the world. An olive grove where we have focused and continue to focus on biodynamic olive tree cultivation.

This is the olive orchard from which the first very limited production of HORRAON Early Harvest Ultra Premium EVOO began direct consumer distribution in the autumn of 2022.
